Exhibitor Portal
All practical information regarding your participation in InfraTech can be found in the exhibitor portal. Through the portal, you can also place orders for your stand (electricity, rigging, lighting, parking permits, catering), register your stand personnel, and invite guests. Important: Access to the halls is only possible with a valid exhibitor badge.
Important: All times must be registered through the VRS system.
Special Notice Due to the event Vrienden van Amstel LIVE on Friday, January 15, 2027, trucks will not be allowed onto the exhibition grounds before 20:00 for dismantling activities. Trucks may access the exhibition grounds only between 20:00 and 23:00.
VRS System (DSV)
During the build-up and dismantling periods of InfraTech 2027, we will use the Vehicle Registration System (VRS) provided by our logistics partner DSV.
The VRS system ensures controlled traffic flow around the exhibition halls and helps prevent unnecessary waiting times.
Time slots must be reserved for:
- Build-up / Dismantling
- Delivery / Collection of large and/or heavy goods
After making a reservation, you will automatically receive a confirmation from DSV. Please ensure that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time slot. More information about reserving a time slot can be found in the Exhibitor Portal.

Alternative Parking Location for Freight Transport
Trucks, trailers, and other vehicles occupying more than one parking space are not permitted in the regular Rotterdam Ahoy parking areas.
For long-term parking, please use the official truck parking facilities in Rotterdam. More information is available at:

Custom Stand Construction
Are you using a custom-built stand? Please submit your stand design to the organizers no later than 15 November 2026. After review, you will receive approval and/or any required comments.
The guidelines for custom stand construction are available through the Exhibitor Portal and the official stand construction regulations document.
